We hope you all are doing well; the purpose of this email is to provide you with an update on what is going on at Golden Motor and how we are operating amidst the current situation with the COVID-19 outbreak.

First and foremost, Golden Motor is still operational and processing orders. We have taken pro-active measures to have non-essential staff work from home in addition to various protocols at our facility to ensure that our staff are safe. Our shipping department is in full swing and our manufacturing staff are producing goods to keep our inventory levels full.

Many people are asking the same question: is it safe to receive and handle a shipment? The WHO and PHAC have stated that the likelihood of catching the Coronavirus by touching cardboard or other shipping container is low. Our great shipping partners are following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and ensuring all protocols are in place for a safe delivery process.
