Not every rider wants a full-twist throttle. If you run a twist shifter, prefer a fixed grip for safety, or ride a recumbent or hand-assist bike, the Pacemaker Thumb Throttle gives you the same CNC build quality as the full-twist Pacemaker in a compact, left-hand thumb format.

It's machined from 6061 aluminum rather than the plastic used on most kit throttles, so it holds up to drops and daily use. A blue LED tells you when the throttle system is live, and all the electronics are sealed for wet-weather riding.

Thumb or full twist?

• Thumb throttle (this one): best with twist shifters, for riders who want a fixed grip, or for adaptive and recumbent setups.

Will it work with my bike?

It's designed for Bafang, CYC, Tongsheng and most kit motors that use a 3-wire throttle (5V DC supply, 1–4.2V signal). Depending on your connector and pin-out, some custom wiring may be needed. Send us your motor and controller model and we'll help you check before you buy.
