Lekkie Pacemaker Electric Bike Throttle

A real full-twist throttle for your e-bike

Most kit throttles are cheap plastic thumb levers that tire out your hand and crack the first time the bike tips over. The Lekkie Pacemaker replaces that with a CNC-machined, motorcycle-style full-twist throttle that gives you smooth, progressive control with your whole hand. It's one of the most popular upgrades we sell for Bafang, CYC and Tongsheng builds, as well as Surron and Talaria.

It now ships with the soft (black) grips installed, so it's ready to ride out of the box. If you prefer a firmer feel or need a fresh set later, the grips swap out easily. See the Pacemaker soft replacement grips.

Will it work with my bike?

It works with most kit motors that use a standard 3-wire throttle: 5V DC supply with a 1–4.2V signal. That covers Bafang, CYC, Tongsheng and many others. The cable is 140mm, so most installs will need an extension cable to reach the controller. If you're unsure about your connector, send us your motor model and we'll confirm before you order.
