The 52T is the largest Bafang chainring on the market. It's made for road bikes, fast commuters and riders who want to keep pace with traffic. The taller gearing raises your cruising speed and lets you keep pedaling comfortably at speeds where a smaller ring would have you spinning out.
It's CNC machined from heat-treated 7075 T6 aluminum, so even at 52 teeth it's far lighter than the stock steel ring. The narrow-wide teeth keep the chain securely on.
Is the 52T right for your bike?
- Great for: road builds, long flat commutes, high-speed cruising.
- Keep in mind: starts and steep hills take more effort and load the motor harder. If you ride hills, the 42T or 46T is a better fit.
