CYC Ebike Headlights

I can’t speak to the quality of the lights themselves because I haven’t even been able to mount them in a way that instills confidence — that’s how bad the bracket system is.

The threaded hole on the light housing is too shallow, and the cap screws provided are too long. The brackets themselves are poorly designed and risk damaging whatever you're trying to clamp them onto. Mounting options are extremely limited, and nothing about the setup inspires confidence.

The instructions are vague, and while they don't mention it in the text, one of the diagrams appears to show a piece of 3M tape being used — presumably to fill the large gap between the light body and bracket. Washers are included and could serve that purpose, but if you use them, the bolt heads end up sticking into the inside of the clamp, which prevents them from seating properly.

Overall, the bracket design is sloppy and makes installation needlessly difficult. Until I can get these mounted without risking damage or relying on makeshift solutions, I can’t even test the lights. Very disappointing.

I must say I was hesitant at first to buy these headlights but after receiving them and installing them I am so glad I purchased these I like the yellow for the low beam and the bright white for the high beam it's a very well polished package nothing cheap about this at all highly recommend
