The Heavy Hitter Titanium Suspension Triangle is a Ti-6Al-4V titanium replacement triangle for the Sur Ron LBX and Segway platforms. It replaces the factory aluminum triangle — which is prone to fracturing under heavy loads — with the strongest, lightest, and highest quality triangle available for these platforms. Preserves OEM suspension geometry and fits all available linkage options.

Machined from solid Ti-6Al-4V titanium with a jet wash finish, this triangle weighs just 6 ounces while delivering strength that far exceeds the factory cast aluminum unit. Simple installation in less than 20 minutes. The factory triangle is susceptible to fracturing into separate pieces under excessive loads from jumps, hard landings, and aggressive off-road riding — this titanium unit eliminates that failure mode entirely.
