Product Description

The PRO-902 250W hub motor kit is Golden Motor's lightweight e-bike conversion for riders who want gentle, natural-feeling assist. It's a brushless geared motor that freewheels: with the motor off, there's zero drag when you pedal, so the bike still rides like a normal bicycle. At 250W it fits the power limits used for pedal-assist e-bikes in the EU, UK and many other regions.

Approximate top speed: 15 to 18 mph (25 to 29 km/h): about 15 mph on the 24V version and 18 mph on the 36V version. Speeds are approximate on flat ground with a 26" wheel and depend on wheel size, rider weight and terrain.

Designed and supported by Golden Motor, with a 1-year warranty handled directly by our team.

For flat commuting and a rider who still pedals, yes. For steep hills or cargo, consider the Magic Pie Edge (500-750W). See What Wattage Motor Do I Need?

Can I use a 48V battery?
No. Use the voltage your motor version is built for, 24V or 36V.
