A slightly taller gear for faster commuting on BBS01/BBS02
If you mostly ride flat roads with the occasional climb and want a bit more speed than a 42T gives, the 46T Bling Ring is a great middle ground. It's close to stock gearing, but the ring is much lighter, holds the chain better and sits with more offset for a cleaner chain line.
It's CNC machined from forged, heat-treated 7075 T6 aluminum, with narrow-wide teeth that grip the chain and resist drops.
Why upgrade from the stock ring
- Better chain line: 9mm offset versus 5.4mm on the stock ring.
- Lighter: 166g versus a heavy steel stock ring.
- Fewer chain drops: narrow-wide teeth keep the chain in place.
