The instructional videos for wiring motor sensors and controller connections need improvement. I expected a "plug and play" setup, but the process required depinning, repinning, and testing, which wasn’t clearly explained. The videos feel unprofessional, with poor lighting, sound, and delivery, making it hard to follow. I suggest clearer step-by-step instructions, better production quality, and more polished presentations to ensure users understand the proper techniques. The motor itself works well, but the guidance falls short.
I purchased this motor nearly a year ago for my home built go cart. I’m using a (84)72v25ah lifepo4 battery, and a speed controller from a different company with the name flip in it.
To sum it up, this motor far exceeds the 5kw that boasts, I have seen it up as high as 38kw, that’s nearly 50hp. I purchased the liquid cooled model and so is my speed controller, it’s never got to hot to touch.
