Charger did not work out the box, Having a hard time getting support in replacing or refunding the charger.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The e-bike charger stopped working shortly after I received it, making the bike unusable. When I contacted customer service, I expected them to stand behind their product and provide a replacement or refund. Instead, I was met with delays, excuses, and a complete lack of concern for the issue.

The most frustrating part was that despite explaining the problem and providing the information they requested, they refused to issue a refund. Paying good money for a product that doesn't work is bad enough, but being denied a fair resolution is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, the product quality and customer service were both very disappointing. I would not recommend buying from this company if you expect reliable support when something goes wrong.
