Ultra Bee Rear Brake Kit for Surron Light Bee & Eride Pro | Pre-Bled, 240mm Rotor, Bolt-On

Swap the bicycle-style rear brake on your Surron Light Bee or Eride Pro for the rear brake used on the Surron Ultra Bee. You get a moto caliper, a 240mm rotor and a steel braided line, so the bike stops like a dirt bike instead of a mountain bike. The kit ships pre-bled, so you can bolt it on and ride without a bleed kit.

What's in the Box

• Ultra Bee-style rear hand brake assembly: caliper, master cylinder with lever, and steel braided line, pre-bled
• 240mm x 2.5mm brake rotor
• Caliper mounting bracket

Not included: brake cutoff switch wiring. If you want the motor to cut out when you pull the rear lever, that needs to be wired separately.

Installation Overview

1. Lift the bike and remove the rear wheel, stock caliper, rotor, brake line and rear brake lever.
2. Mount the 240mm rotor to the hub and torque the bolts evenly in a star pattern.
3. Install the caliper bracket, then mount the pre-bled caliper to it.
4. Route the brake line so it isn't pinched or stretched at full suspension travel.
5. Mount the master cylinder and lever on the handlebar where the stock rear lever was.
6. Refit the wheel, center the caliper so the rotor doesn't rub, and bed in the pads with a few slow, controlled stops before riding hard.

FAQ

Do I need to bleed the brakes?
No. The kit ships pre-bled and ready to install.

Does it come with brake cutoff wiring?
No. The kit covers the hydraulic brake, rotor and bracket only.

Will it fit my Ultra Bee?
No need. The Ultra Bee already comes with this rear brake from the factory.
