To program your EZkontrol controller, all you need is your Bluetooth smartphone. There is no USB programming option. You can program with an iOS or Android device, but the process differs slightly. The instructions below and the video at the bottom of this article go over the process for both.

Programming With an iOS Device

1. Enable Bluetooth on your device.
2. Download WeChat from the App Store.
3. In the app, go to the Discover tab and click Scan.
4. Scan the QR code at the bottom of this section.
5. Select the Bluetooth device that contains “EZ” or “MC” in the name.
6. Login using the last 11 digits of your controller’s Serial Number (see image below).
7. Your controller’s current settings should automatically populate the Settings tab and you can modify the settings as needed.

Programming With an Android Device

1. Enable Bluetooth on your device.
2. Download this Android app to your device: https://www.goldenmotor.com/apps/EZ-Tune.apk
3. Select the Bluetooth device that contains “EZ” or “MC” in the name.
4. Login using the last 11 digits of your controller’s Serial Number (see image above).
5. Your controller’s current settings should automatically populate the Settings tab and you can modify the settings as needed.
