Replace the fragile plastic BBS cover with CNC aluminum
The stock BBS01/BBS02 drive-side gear cover is thin plastic. It cracks, it lets in dust and sand, and you have to pull it off to re-grease the gears. Lekkie's replacement is CNC machined from forged 6061 aluminum and replaces both the cover and its gasket, sealing the gears better against grit.
It also adds a grease port, so you can keep the gears lubricated without taking the cover off. That's a simple way to extend the life of your motor.

Which version do I get?
The black cover is Lekkie's latest Drive Cover V2 (2026). The red cover is the original V1 (2019). Both fit BBS01 and BBS02 motors and work with 40T Bling Rings.
