M10 x 1.00 Titanium Banjo Bolt – Grade 5 ( 2 pack )
Pairs well with
Product Description
Lose weight where it matters and give your brakes the jewelry treatment. This fine-thread M10 × 1.0 titanium banjo bolt replaces the stock steel bolt on Euro-spec master cylinders and calipers, sealing fluid without a hint of corrosion. Each bolt is precision-drilled for safety wire and ships with fresh copper crush washers, so you can torque, bleed, and ride the same day the package shows up.
Key Benefits
• Grade 5 titanium sheds roughly 45% of the mass of a comparable steel bolt and laughs at moisture, road salt, and brake fluid
• Fine M10 × 1.0 mm thread pitch mates perfectly with Brembo, Magura, and other European brake systems
• Factory-clean safety-wire holes satisfy tech inspection and track-day rules
• Copper crush washers included for a leak-proof seal right out of the box
• Single-banjo design keeps fluid paths short and tidy

Quick-Fire FAQs
Do I need thread sealant or anti-seize?
Kind of. You should use anti-seize if installing into aluminum, make sure the anti-seize is copper or nickel based. You should not use thread locker on titanium hardware
Can I reuse the copper washers?
We recommend new washers each time for a perfect seal.
What if my caliper takes an M10 × 1.25 bolt?
Use our coarse-thread M10 × 1.25 titanium banjo bolt instead.
Is the blue finish just dye?
No titanium naturally colors when heat-treated, so the surface tint won’t flake or chip.
